Fred Andersky (pronounced an-DER-ski) is Director of Government/Industry Affairs at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC. He has been involved with safety technologies at Bendix for over 15 years and presents to fleets, government, industry, and media about current and future technologies, as well as key legislation & regulations impacting the trucking industry. Fred holds a Class A CDL and has frequently driven demonstrations of Bendix technologies.
Specializes in accident reconstruction, truck brake performance, and EDR data imaging. Research and publications include extracting and analyzing onboard electronic crash data as well as documenting and analyzing transportation crashes. He testifies as an expert on electronic data and reconstruction.

Tim provides leadership across Solera on the application of federal, state, and provincial laws; supports Solera’s customers and business partners on regulatory matters; works to identify and implement actionable items to ensure compliance, and much more.
James has been with FRA for 12 years and has been the Staff Director for the Grade Crossing and Trespasser Outreach division for over 4 years.
