Mark Landry, CPP is a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the implementation of new security technology to augment existing security efforts. He spent 20 years at FedEx, initially in the investigation’s organization, with his last 7 years standing up the Corporate Strategic Security Organization. Under his leadership, he developed enterprise-level solutions to evaluate, develop and test new security technologies to mitigate constricting security manpower resources. This organization was paramount in bringing security analytics, robotics, and automation to protect the people, assets, and brand of FedEx. Mark received the prestigious FedEx Five Star award as well as achieving Expert Level Quality Driven Management. Mark transitioned into a Senior Director role at CEVA Logistics, overseeing their Global Security Transformation, responsible for all aspects of strategic security initiatives, including developing minimum-security standards, evolving enterprise security risk metrics, retrofitting existing security technology, and developing new security technology. He was also responsible for standing up a global security operations center that will serve as the key intermediary for all aspects of strategic security for CEVA Logistics. Mark recently started a consulting firm, Sanguine Security, providing his expertise to other companies looking to transform their current security offerings and lean into technology. Mark holds two master’s degrees, one in Security Management and an MBA. Mark serves on numerous boards and is a Certified Protection Professional through ASIS International.
