Vice President of Field Operations, PrePass Safety Alliance
Steve Vaughn is vice president of field operations for PrePass Safety Alliance, the provider of PrePass weigh station bypass and toll payment/management services. In his current role, he is responsible for oversight of all liaison efforts with state agencies with whom the Alliance partners. Previously, he spent nearly 30 years with the California Highway Patrol and retired as a chief. He also served as president of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance.
