Exhibitor Registration Information

Multi-Person Registration is now available for all ATA events. See the Multi-Person Registration Tutorial for more information on this process.

Exhibitor registrations can now be processed online or by submitting the form. Your company must be listed on the SSHR floor plan to qualify for the exhibitor registration type    

Exhibitor Booth Allotments

Registration is required to attend ANY event activities. All SSHR Exhibitor registrations are considered Full Conference registrations (free or discounted). Full Conference registrations include all SSHR activities, access to open committee meetings, educational sessions, receptions, breaks, food functions, and the exhibition.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Do not register online as an Exhibitor, until you confirm with your booth’s primary contact that allotted badges remain. Exhibitor registrations that exceed the booth’s allotment will be cancelled and paid registration fees will be refunded.  Notification will be emailed to the registrant and the booth’s primary contact.

Each 100 sq. ft. of booth space is allotted 1 Complimentary (free) Full Conference registration and 1 Additional Discounted (paid) Full Conference registration. Personnel above the booth's allotted badges must register as a Full Conference attendee at the Full Conference registration rate. Exhibitor Registration Types and On-line Registration Codes

Discount codes must be typed in all caps and no spaces in the Promotion Code field on the Review & Payment screen.

  • Complimentary (free) Full Conference registration Allotted 1 per 100 sq. ft.
  • EXHFR - $0 (member or non-member) 
  • Additional Discounted (paid) Full Conference registration – Allotted 1 per 100 sq. ft.
  • EXHPAY – $500 member 
  • EXHPAYN  $650 non-member  

Personnel above the booth’s allotment must register as a Full Conference attendee. See SSHR’s Register page for pricing and additional information

Exhibitor Change & Cancellation Policy

*New in 2024 – A $50 change fee will be assessed for ALL paid registration changes received after Monday, March 25.*

ALL change and cancellation requests require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include substitutions and transfers.  Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org

CHANGES: Thursday, April 18 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning April 25, changes will be accepted on-site at the Registration & Information Desk. 

CANCELLATIONS: Monday, March 25 is the deadline to a cancel a registration and receive a refund less than a $200 per person cancellation fee.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after March 25.
