Exhibitor Registration Information
Each exhibiting company is allotted One Free Full Conference registration and One Discounted Full Conference registration per 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Any registration above the booth allotment must be at processed at Full Conference rates.
Discounted Exhibitor Rates:
- Members: $525
- Non-Members: $675
Registrations can be processed online or by form.
Booth Personnel Registration
- Email the Registration Team at registrations@trucking.org to receive the online promotion codes for your complimentary and discounted registration badges.
- Use your ATA username and password to register online. If you need help retrieving your login information, email the Registration Team for assistance.
- Follow the prompts to register yourself and/or others. On the "Review & Payment" page in your cart, add the discount code(s) in the "Promotion Code" field. Codes must be in all caps with no spaces.

Exhibitor Change & Cancellation Policy
All change and cancellation requests require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
Changes: Monday, March 23 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning April 1, changes will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.
Cancellations: Monday, March 9 is the deadline to a cancel a registration and receive a refund less than a $200 per person cancellation fee.
No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after March 9.
