Shawn R. Brown has been around the trucking industry all of his life, as his grandfather is one of the founders of the parent company of Cargo Transporters, Inc. As a teenager he began duties such as clerical filing, washing trucks, and building and grounds maintenance. In 1995 he transitioned into an Operations role and shortly thereafter became one of six dispatchers managing over 50 drivers per fleet. Through the years he has accepted more duties becoming an Operations Manager overseeing Dispatch, Customer Service, and Night Operations departments at various times.
