Scott Cornell, CRO, Transportation, Crime & Theft Specialist, Logistiq, has been in the Transportation Insurance Industry for 25yrs recently being named to the “Top 100 Insurance Executives” list for 2025.

Prior to Logistiq Scott lead the Transportation Division at Travelers Insurance where he worked 25yrs building an innovative and industry recognized brand of quality and customer service that brought new standards to the industry.

Zoran Nikolic is the Director of Safety at XPO, bringing over 23 years of progressive leadership experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He possesses extensive expertise in OSHA compliance, as well as federal, state, and local safety regulations, and is widely recognized for fostering strong safety cultures without compromising operational performance.

Shawn R. Brown has been around the trucking industry all of his life, as his grandfather is one of the founders of the parent company of Cargo Transporters, Inc. As a teenager he began duties such as clerical filing, washing trucks, and building and grounds maintenance. In 1995 he transitioned into an Operations role and shortly thereafter became one of six dispatchers managing over 50 drivers per fleet. Through the years he has accepted more duties becoming an Operations Manager overseeing Dispatch, Customer Service, and Night Operations departments at various times.

Tim Richardson is a nationally recognized leadership, sales and service speaker who’s been entertaining and engaging audiences for over 30 years. In his dynamic presentations, Tim weaves the lessons he’s learned working on a sales team with IBM, working in management with an award-winning resort, and from years of consulting with clients in financial services, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, telecommunications, and many other industries into his presentations.

Brenna is the VP of Safety Policy for the American Trucking Associations. Brenna joined ATA in 2023 and, in her role, has spearheaded efforts to encourage policymakers to enhance training, testing, and licensing standards for CDL-holders; enhance and expand drug testing protocols for DOT safety-sensitive workers; and ensure greater motor carrier and driver safety compliance.

Justin Copeland is the Vice President of Safety at United Road, where he has spent the past five years leading initiatives to enhance fleet safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers, staff, and technicians. With nearly 22 years of experience in the trucking industry, Justin began his career as a professional driver, spending his first nine years on the road.
