Mike Lutzenkirchen is the father of the late Philip Lutzenkirchen, former Auburn University student-athlete (football) from 2009-2012. Philip was a 3x Southeast Conference Academic Honor Roll student, 2x Captain and key player on the 2010 National Championship team. Since Philip’s passing in 2014, Mike has served as the Executive Director of the Lutzie 43 Foundation and has made it his mission in life to carry out Philip’s legacy. Prior to starting the Lutzie 43 Foundation, Mike’s career in sales, sales management and marketing included positions with Macmillan Publishing & IBM.

Michael Lasko

Michael Lasko, Vice President of EHS and Quality for Skelton Truck Lines & Boyle Transportation, has been working in transportation for over 20 years. He began his career as a professional driver before moving into operations and safety management. Michael joined Boyle Transportation as the Manager of Safety and Quality in 2015. He is a certified Smith System Advanced Driving Concepts Instructor, DOT trained and certified Hazardous Materials Instructor, and a certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor 

Steve Dowling

Steve spent over 31 years with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) in a variety of roles including oversight of California’s Commercial enforcement training and enforcement program, as President of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, and as Chief of Valley Division in Sacramento. He has obtained instructor certifications from the California Specialized Training Institute, CHP, and National Judicial College, as well as served as an Adjunct Professor for William Jessup University.

Scott has been in the insurance industry for 20 years with Travelers and is currently leading the Cargo/Transportation division. Prior to his current role he conducted investigations for 25 years, specializing in cargo theft and transportation, internal theft, embezzlement, and corporate investigations.

Andrew Boyle is Co-President of Boyle Transportation, a specialized trucking firm that provides exceptional quality, safety, and security to select clients in defense and life sciences.  Prior to returning to the company in 2003, Andrew was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan. 

Michele Bildner, MPH, MCHES®

Michele is a Project Manager for Non-Infectious Disease Programs at the CDC Foundation, where she is responsible for creating public-private partnerships for chronic disease health promotion. She has worked in public health for over a decade, focusing mostly on urban community health assessment and policy, system, and environmental changes. Michele began her DrPH in Leadership at the University of Illinois Chicago in 2019 and has a deep interest in identifying, diagnosing, and addressing adaptive public health and organizational challenges and thrives on their complexity and messiness.

Renee Anderson, PT, DPT

Renee received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University.  She has clinical background in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and over 17 years of experience in industrial rehabilitation providing workplace physical therapy, early intervention, ergonomics, job demand analysis, safety training, and wellness services.

Rob Abbott is the Vice President of Customer Success for Drivewyze, North America’s largest connected truck platform.  Drivewyze provides weigh station bypass and safety notifications to trucking fleets through in-cab telematics devices and transportation IOT networks. Abbott came to Drivewyze from Lytx, the largest provider of cloud-connected video event recorders to the trucking industry, where he served as Commercial Leader for Enterprise Fleets.

Ina Daly

Ina Daly has been a professional truck driver for over 40 years and has accumulated over 3.9 million accident-free miles. She drives for XPO, Inc. and has been with them for 40 years.

Ina received the XPO President's Award twice, and in 2014 received the XPO CEO Constellation Award, the highest award in the organization. In 2005, Ina was named Driver of the Year by the Arizona Trucking Association. In 2023, Ina won the Neill Darmstadter Professional Excellence Award and the Arizona Trucking Pioneer Award.
