ATA does not invoice for event registrations.

**First-Time Motor Carrier discount is subject to verification. Email Registrations@trucking.org to see if you qualify and receive the discount code. The discount code must be entered into the Promotion Code field on the Review & Payment screen when registering online. 

Registration is required to attend ANY event activities. Full Conference Registration includes all SSHR activities, including access to open committee meetings, educational sessions, receptions, breaks, food functions, and the exhibition. Spouse/Guest registration only provides access to food and beverage activities.

Only those registered for the event will receive the hotel booking link in their registration confirmation email. 

We kindly request 3-4 business days to process all registrations submitted by email, fax or mail. Shortly after the registration is processed the registration confirmation email with the hotel booking link will generate

Change & Cancellation Policy

The event registration cancellation and refund deadline has PASSED. 

*New in 2024 – A $50 change fee will be assessed for ALL paid registration changes received after Monday, March 25.*

ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.

PASSED – Changes: Thursday, April 18 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Thursday, April 25 change requests will be accepted on-site at the SSHR Registration Desk.

PASSED – Cancellations:Monday, March 25 is the deadline to cancel a paid registration and receive a refund less than a $200 per person cancellation fee.

No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after March 25.
