Grady joined WorkforceQA in 2023 following an accomplished tenure as President of Corporate Medical Services (CMS), where he served from 2012 to 2023. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the drug and alcohol testing and occupational health industry, Grady is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in regulated and non-regulated employee screening programs. His expertise spans DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, DOT physical compliance, sleep apnea management, and the design and oversight of comprehensive workplace screening programs.
Throughout his career, Grady has advised employers across highly regulated industries on compliance strategy, risk mitigation, and operational best practices. He is a respected industry speaker and thought leader, known for translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, defensible programs that protect employers while supporting workforce safety and productivity.

Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Tech University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee and previously worked as a bridge design and construction engineer for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. His engineering background enhances his ability to analyze complex compliance and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement streamlined, effective solutions for clients.
